    STANDART FELT

    "Nordfelt" proposes fabrics made from a single type polymer with a reinforcing mesh for normal operating conditions. The types of polymers used in standard fabrics:
    Polyester PES
    Polypropylene PP
    Polyacrylnitril PAN
    The PPS polyphenylsulfide
    MetaFrame NO
    The Polyimide P84®
    Polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE

    MIXED FABRIC

    Mixed fabric made from two different types of polymers have superior technical characteristics:

    Polyester/Polyacrylnitril PES/PAN
    MetaFrame/ Polytetrafluoroethylene NO/PTFE
    Polytetrafluoroethylene/ Polyimide PTFE/PI
    Combination with a reinforcing base fiberglass.
    These fabrics can be applied to filters with more aggressive operating conditions.

    COMBINED FABRIC

    The uniqueness of this fabric is that in the coating of polyimide on the side of the fabric, which is formed cake, we get a fine filtering surface that reduce aerodynamic drag and increase filtration efficiency.

    ANTI-STATIC FABRIC

    These fabrics are used in those cases where the need for good electrical conductivity.
    Antistatic properties of the fabric is achieved by: use epitropic fibers;adding a thin fibers made of stainless steel gasket material; manufacturer reinforcing substrate of stainless steel.
    Antistatic fabric can be made from the following types of polymer:

    Polyester PES
    Polypropylene PP
    Polyacrylnitril PAN
    The PPS polyphenylsulfide
    MetaFrame NO

    MICROPOROUS FABRIC

    These fabrics are used for the reduction of residual dust and trapping of very thin microporous particles on the filter surface.
    Using a microporous membrane on the filter surface we provide high filtration efficiency, low emissions, and at the same time easy separation of the cake from the fabric surface.
